We ship orders daily and last-call is cut off at 8 AM PST (Monday-Friday). Orders are shipped out discreetly, on-time every day but we have no control over the post office. Priority Mail Shipping is the option we always use. ETA delivery time is 2-3 days.

For packages marked as DELIVERED - We are unable to reship or issue a refund. For packages that are returned to Sender, deemed Undeliverable, or Forwarded mail to a different address - no reship or refund will be issued. In the rare event that a package is lost in the mail system or seized - We will reship 100% of your order or provide a 100% refund after 14 days.
